This retreat is focused on sisterhood connection, nature therapy,releasing limiting beliefs, and unlocking the medicine that is in each one of us.
You’ll have opportunities to relax and rejuvenate your soul, along with practices that challenge you to push your edge, to make room for the life you desire.
You will be held by the beautiful private land of Iris Aisle in Winterset Iowa, along with a supportive container of women guides.
This potent land will be all ours for this weekend. This is a self camping retreat, however there will be an indoor space for bathrooms, showers, communion, and cooking. Pass includes Saturday & Sunday meals, all group workshops, Cacao Ceremony, and Group photos.
If you love everything but sleeping in a tent, there is an option for that too! Location is around 45 mins outside of Des Moines, and there are airbnbs nearby.
Friday night will be a potluck meal, and in the nature of nourishment, we invite you to avoid proccessed foods when deciding your contribution. If you are unable to bring something to share, please come and enjoy, we will make sure there is enough for everyone. Your presence is enough
Must pay extra for massage and boudoir. Booking will be revealed to all registered participants, after schedule is finalized.
Details & Schedule will unfold closer to the weekend. Reguardless of posted schedule, we ask that you remain open to the flow, and allow yourself to partake in what feels in alignment, and skip what ever you want. Some of these workshops will push your edge, and remember you are not required to be or do anything you are not comfortable with.
Arrival will be Friday night after 3pm and Closing circle will be 12pm Sunday.

Provided by All Love Wellness. Founder Olive is an Ayurvedic Nutritionist, who believes in food as medicine. Allow yourself to receive more than a meal, but an opportunity to fill up your energetic cup, and learn how food effects how we feel, and move in the world. Enjoy fireside community meals, herbal drinks, and mouthwatering desserts.

This is an oppurtunity to practice self love, let down your self judgement, and expectation, and see the beauty in all bodies. You'll be served variety of wild foraged tea designed to nourish different parts of your cycle. Enjoy a cute variety of foods to nourish your body.
Body Painting with Laura
Join this passionate artist for a one of a kind artistic experience! Use your body as the muse, the canvas, and the brush. See the beauty in the authentic, wild, radiant self. Be prepared to get messy, and bring clothing you dont mind getting paint on.
Sisterhood Cacao Ceremony
This Cacao Ceremony will be shared as an opportunity to come together in a collective prayer by the fire. Served warm with herbal spices, Mama cacao offers us a hug from the inside out. She asks us to listen to our heart, to connect with the elements, and free our hearts song. This ceremony will be co-created, as we all have something beautiful to offer
Somatic Exploration
Enjoy sessions lead by different healers to get us moving and in sync with the melody of the earth. This will include yoga, sound baths, drumming, singing and more. All bodies welcome, just bring a yoga mat, pillow, eye mask, journal.
Fireside Ecstatic Dance
Provided by Tamara Ray from Light steps. Youll be invited to slow down and feel into what is right for your body in each moment. She invites freedom of movement and divine feminine flow. Play with others, or dance on your own! This experience is an activation and invocation of your higher self. Raise your vibration with uplifting music and a supportive container of women.
Sound Healing and Yoga Nidra in the Conservatory
Find serenity in each moment, and inner peace in every breath, as we serenade you to a deep meditation, or a rejuvinating nap. Bring a yoga mat, blow up mattress, thai mat, and anything else you may need to be comfortable in this space. Its reccomended to have a pillow, blanket, and eye mask for ultimate comfort.

Body Poem Session
Unlock your wild woman with a 1:1 nature photography session with Raelyn. You will be adorned in the outfit of your choosing or option to be nude, and invited to connect with the earth, embracing your divine feminine spirit while supported by mother Gaia and any sister support of your choice. We will also have an option for group photos as well!
Nature Massage
Offered in a healing tent. Katisha Knight offers a variety of healing energy to leave you feeling refreshed and restored. Unwind stuck energy with the support of her intuitive touch. 30/60/90 minute options available. Sign up will be shared to all registered guest.
