  • Whenever possible, we partner with nearby farmers and makers to bring seasonal ingredients to your table. Local sourcing supports sustainable agriculture and strengthens the community we proudly serve.

Every meal is crafted to ground, energize, and connect your group—using whole ingredients, mindful preparation, and seasonal abundance. Our catering supports the rhythm of your retreat so participants stay nourished, focused, and inspired.

  • Designed to gather guests around warmth and simplicity. 

    • Fire-Roasted Granola – Smoky, crunchy, subtly sweet 

    • Wild Rice Veggie Bowl – Local wild rice, roasted veggies, fresh herbs • Golden Pozole – Turmeric broth, hominy, slow-simmered vegetables

    • Herby Veggie Chili – Beans, peppers, and bright garden herbs 

  • Meals to start the day with clarity and vitality. 

    • Breakfast Hash Tacos or Bowls – Crispy potatoes, sautéed veggies, avocado crema 

    • Seasonal Fruit + Yogurt Bar – Coconut yogurt, granola, and fresh fruit

    • Warm Porridge – Oat or quinoa with spiced apples, maple, or seasonal toppings


  • Balanced plates that energize without overwhelming. 

    • Harvest Greens Salad – Squash, nuts, maple vinaigrette 

    • Citrus Quinoa Bowl – Fennel, oranges, mint, lemon-tahini 

    • Live-Fire Veggie Tacos – Chili-lime cauliflower, charred peppers, tofu, lentils, with quinoa, fresh greens, homade salsa and toppings 

    • Spring roll bar- fresh shredded roots, cucumber, avocado, lettuce, mango, and herby blend. Topped with peanut sauce.

    • Turmeric Ginger Coconut Stew – Creamy, aromatic, nourishing 

    • Stuffed Delicata Squash – Wild rice, cranberries, herbs 

    • Seasonal Curry – Fresh vegetables slow-simmered in fragrant spices 

    • Wild Mushroom Soup- Wild rice simmered with savory herbs, topped with shitake/lions mane mushrooms 

    • Goddess bowl- sautéed rainbow veggies, quinoa or rice, smothered in a variety of herbal sauces 

    • Mac & Squash - Pasta smothered in creamy cashew/Squash sauce, topped with seasonal greens, lentils, or tofu.
