Citrus Quinoa Bowl – Fennel, oranges, mint, lemon-tahini
Live-Fire Veggie Tacos – Chili-lime cauliflower, charred peppers, tofu, lentils, with quinoa, fresh greens, homade salsa and toppings
Spring roll bar- fresh shredded roots, cucumber, avocado, lettuce, mango, and herby blend. Topped with peanut sauce.

Goddess bowl- sautéed rainbow veggies, quinoa or rice, smothered in a variety of herbal sauces
Mac & Squash - Pasta smothered in creamy cashew/Squash sauce, topped with seasonal greens, lentils, or tofu.
